Application for networking at universities and business schools
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
In the summer of 2020, Doubletapp was approached by Edge App Ltd, based in London, UK, to develop their own mobile app for iOS and Android users as a first step towards realizing their mission of creating a user-friendly platform for student and alumni networking within the business community. schools and universities.
RESULT
We have created a mobile application and a web profile to generate unique access codes. The following functions are implemented in the mobile application for Android and iOS:
- Gated Communities
Each business school or university has its own closed a platform that only students, alumni or employees have access to educational institution. Community admin generates a unique code authorization for each student and graduate of an educational institution. - Member profiles
The profile of each community member includes information about education and work. Also, each user can set the networking status, which signals whether this user is currently open for communication time. - Instant messaging
There are three types of general chats in the application: only for graduates, only for students and for students and graduates. Plus you can create an infinite number chats with interesting people and build the most convenient network of acquaintances. - List of community members
Each user can view the profiles of all community members. A unique function of the Vozz messenger is a meaningful search for all participants communities. You can find a conversation partner by name, place of work or educational background. program. The search can be carried out both by the general list of participants, and by individual community chats.
